Beautiful Queen Anne Burl Walnut Secretary Bureau Cabinet with a
Bonnet top, late 18th century. This is a beautiful find , a must
see. Double arched crest cupboard opening to reveal a series of
document drawers, shelves and pigeon holes. Seven drawers all in burl
walnut. Original green paint inside on shelve tops. Hardware dated to
1720 -1780. Original lock and key on top of Queen Anne base with one
long drawer, and two small one's. No chips or cracks anywhere on this
wonderful piece of Antique furniture. On the back is an auctioneer
label, Colby's # C25831. I believe this piece of furniture is an item
that Mr. Colby auctioned off, it is to old for it to be a piece in
which he would have manufactured.
