This silver sauce ladle is in perfect condition and is from 1847.
It comes from Rogers Bros. Mfg., Co. In 1853 a new company was
organized-Rogers Bros. MFG. CO. William and Asa Jr. were
stockholders, William was the president. This information comes from
American Silver Manufacturers, by Dorothy T. Rainwater, third
edition revised.
It measures 10 1/2" Long and 9 1/2" Circumference.
